Clemmie Cheung is the Administrative Assistant at the Centre for Health Education Scholarship (CHES). Her role is to support the operations and day-to-day activities of CHES. Clemmie works closely with the Operations Manager, providing administrative support for CHES events such as CHES Research Rounds and the CHES Celebration of Scholarship and performing financial duties such as processing requisitions. Clemmie also assists the Associate Director, Research in coordinating CHES’ Visitor Program. She previously worked at the School of Population and Public Health at UBC as an Administrative Assistant, which furthered her interest in working within the Faculty of Medicine.

Working at UBC is a rewarding experience for Clemmie as she also completed her bachelor’s degree at UBC studying Psychology. Outside of work, you can find Clemmie spending time with her friends and family, jogging around the neighborhood, and volunteering at her church.
